Consensus Nerd Seeks New Outlets

Since my first reading of 'On Conflict & Consensus' by C.T. Butler, I have been a nerd for facilitation, decentralized leadership, and democratic meeting practices. I love to share these learnings with others who need support troubleshooting their meeting practices or organizational processes. There are few opportunities in Chicago for people to practice these skills and I had to go outside the city to learn them. I am available to design or facilitate workshops or simply consult with a group seeking to build these skills. I can support you either virtually or in-person depending upon the length of engagement. In addition to consensus, I am an experienced Sociocracy practitioner working my way towards facilitator and trainer badges. I have also study the Collab method with Round Sky Solutions through their Cooperative Leadership Certificiation Program.
